A former high-level athlete, Sébastien Jallier forged his path on the American football field, eventually becoming a champion with the Flash de La Courneuve.

For years, his daily life revolved around training, recovery, nutrition, and the pursuit of peak performance - a demanding environment where he learned to understand his own body, its limits, and the vital importance of balancing effort, energy, and recovery.

It was within this world that he began to explore a different way of approaching energy. He experimented with his first ginger-based recipes, driven by a desire to offer an alternative to conventional energy drinks.

He shared them with his teammates; the feedback was encouraging, the drink began to circulate, and the idea gradually gained momentum.

Following his athletic career, Sébastien decided to turn this intuition into a full-fledged entrepreneurial venture. He presented his drink to the Île-de-France region, joined the incubator "Le Perqo," and later became part of the "Les Déterminés" program.
